Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO and FPO addresses. We are not shipping internationally at this time.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order. Shipping Protection is offered at checkout for $5.99 and is optional — you can remove it before paying.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery is 7–10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of the notification, contact support@alphaforcemd.com and we will look into it.
Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in a plain box with no branding and no product description on the outside. The billing descriptor on your statement is discreet and does not reference the product.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If your order is covered and something goes wrong, contact us and we will replace it at no cost to you. Without protection, lost or stolen packages are subject to the carrier’s claims process.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment for an address error may incur an additional charge.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, email support@alphaforcemd.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where relevant, and we will make it right.
