Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow the shipment. That email is the fastest way to see where your order is.
Haven’t Received Tracking Yet?
Orders are processed within one business day, and tracking is emailed at the moment the carrier scans the package. If it has been more than two business days since you ordered and you have not received tracking:
- Check the spam or promotions folder in your email — messages come from AlphaForce MD.
- Confirm the email address you used at checkout was correct.
- Email us and we will resend it.
Get Help With An Order
Email support@alphaforcemd.com with your order number and the name and ZIP code used at checkout, and we will send you the current status. We answer every email within one business day.
Your order number is in your confirmation email and on the confirmation page you saw after checkout. It looks like 6764B9CEE4.
